Vague – Sox and Dannie Carlsen on Copenhagen Miniramp

Two deep bags of tricks, combined for Tidy Mike's lens

Carve Wicked representatives Sox and Dannie Carlsen make the most of Copenhagen Miniramp’s lengthy confines in this new clip from Tidy Mike and Vague Skate Mag, which sees two of the most unique styles in European skateboarding form like Voltron to lay down a whole load of transition maneuvers ranging from the uber tech to the stubbornly Andy Roy worshipping.

There’s nothing like the pleasures of a simple miniramp session to get the hype flowing, so press play for this one then go out and enjoy the sun…

More on Sox’s never ending world tour can be found in his interview for Sidewalk Issue 226.

“Yes! The skateboarding network is the one. You need some kind of hobby, something to help you interact with like-minded people definitely, and skateboarding is the best. If you go somewhere where they don’t have skateboards it’s even better – you can just fucking give them the gift of skateboarding, see their faces when they try to stand on it, that’s a good laugh.I’m sure I wouldn’t have done at least half as much travelling around if it wasn’t for skateboarding. That was what ignited the spark for me. Meeting people one day, and then the next you go visit them where they live and the network of good times and friends just grows and grows. Most people I’ve stayed with have been skaters.”

Meanwhile, check out an interview with Dannie Carlsen that Kingpin recently conducted, similarly via clicking on the quote below on how Dannie joined up with the Carve…

“I’ve known them for quite a while… meeting them around Boardmasters. We had some crazy fun times. When Sam told me they were going to make Carve Wicked boards I told them that I would like to skate for them and they accepted. I can’t imagine a crazier road trip!”
