Spike Jonze’s running joke throughout Yeah Right! shows unfeasible tricks going down at various points, all clearly done with the aid of carefully placed and green-screened ramps. The level of actual skating going down wasn’t too far removed from the special FX though, and of course Carroll comes correct – one of the best frontside big spins in the game, technical handrail tricks and a lesson in textbook varial flips all set to a banging Scarface track.
