The Vans Shop Riot will take place this coming weekend (18-19 June) at Flo Skatepark in Nottingham, with 26 shops heading down for the event. With this many teams involved you know plenty of the UK’s finest will be ripping the place to pieces, so get down to watch proceedings going off!
This Saturday 18th June, 26 skate stores from across the UK will go head-to-head at Vans Shop Riot, held at Nottingham’s Flo Skatepark.
With £3,000 and a spot in the European Finals up for grabs, the UK’s best skate stores will be pulling out all the stops to be crowned Vans Shop Riot UK victors.
Nottingham based store Forty Two will be looking to come out on top on home turf whilst Manchester based Black Sheep will be hoping to retain their UK Shop Riot title.

Created back in 2009, Vans Shop Riot aims to promote grassroots skateboarding, foster team spirit and champion local skate shops.
Taking fifteen stops across Europe this summer, the series puts the skate community’s finest against each other, showcasing incredible home grown talent, with the ultimate goal of becoming Vans Shop Riot European Champions!
Vans Shop Riot UK will be held at Flo Skatepark in Nottingham, threatened with closure last year, the park has come back fighting. One of the UK’s largest indoor skateparks and the busiest in Nottingham, its mix of transition and street obstacles make it the perfect host for the event.
