Oxford’s S.O.S. and kingpin to the scene in Oxford; SS20 have been shortlisted into the final 20 small shops in the UK by the All Party Parliamentary Small Shops Group and administered by the Independent Retailers Confederation. The winner will be announced at Westminster on Wednesday the 25th February.
