“Fun is not just for fun, it’s seriously important for life! Skateistan’s latest fundraising campaign, Donate Fun, is focused on how fun can transform the lives of children living in difficult circumstances around the world. Children learn best when they are interested, engaged, and driven by their own curiosity. The proof is in their programs and the daily smiles of the students attending Skateistan in Afghanistan, Cambodia and South Africa. Fun is one of the organization’s values, and at their Skate Schools worldwide, children are free to express and enjoy themselves. Through Donate Fun, the non-profit organization aims to raise $50,000 to support their skateboarding and educational programs at which over 1,600 children are learning through fun.
“Starting each day with Skateistan is fun for me, and learning through fun is more effective in life!”– Skateistan student, Kabul, Afghanistan.
Donate Fun for Skateistan between now until Go Skateboarding Day (June 21st) and help them raise $50,000 to support their programs and Skate Schools worldwide. A little fun can transform lives.”
