The New Cross and Deptford Free Film Festival will include this year a free outdoor screening of Slam City Skates and Henry Edwards-Wood’s seminal London production City of Rats. Held in Giffin Square this coming Saturday (23/04/16) at 7pm, and with the screening powered by bikes, this seems like a solid skate wind down plan alongside a few beers and followed by a grimly satisfying Wetherspoons dinner in Peckham – if there’s a better plan for a Saturday night in South London, I haven’t heard it!
