The House of Vans July skate dates to pencil in take place this week – with a Girls Skate Night tonight including a gallery and film screening from London Girls Surf Club, and a Skate Fry-Day tomorrow backed with Rohum Pourtahmasbi’s skate videographer documentary ‘Rolling: Without Footage Its Fiction‘ premiering in the cinema room.

Calling all female shredders out there, the raddest Girls Skate Night in town is back at House of Vans next Thursday. For the occasion, House of Vans have teamed up with the awesome London Girls Surf Club to bring you a one off gallery show and film screening chronicling their journey with a group of city-based creative girls for three days of surf, yoga and adventure. Founded by Kyle Griffiths in 2017, LGSC was formed with a simple goal; to get city girls into the oceans and share their love of surfing with landlocked ladies. Join House of Vans for the screening and browse their ace photo exhibition before hitting our bowl for a cash for tricks jam judged by the one and only #Vansgirl Stef Nurding. If you need to reconcile with the universe, 7:00 pm it’s boards down time with an hour of free yoga; alternatively, be our guest and enjoy cocktails on the house all night, courtesy of our The Wall SE1 while our GRLS Talk duo provide the soundtrack.
Girl skating will be on all night until close – drink responsibly!
Yoga mats are provided on a first come first served basis. All ages and abilities welcome.

You may have heard that the House of Vans’ street area has got a fresh look so, if you haven’t already, you’d better come give it a test then at the next Sk8 Fry-Days. If you’re not already familiar, one Friday a month House of Vans host a night that caters for a crew who want four hours of uninterrupted shred with a square meal at half time and a skate premiere in the in-house cinema. Expect cash for tricks jams, skate edits and a generous dose of free fried chicken & beers. House Of Vans resident Pembroke & a guest DJ will provide the entertainment, spinning hip hop and dub all night while Dogger & crew hand out cash for tricks in the street course, mini ramp and bowl jams.
PLUS, House of Vans are very stoked to be hosting the World premiere of Grey Cinema’s ‘Rolling: Without Footage It’s Fiction’ starring the likes of Ty Evans, Jacob Rosenberg, Chris Ray, Jason Hernandez and Russel Houghten and many more.
