Bill Strobeck presents ‘King Jones’, a collection of Tyshawn Jones‘ footage collected from various Instagram sources over the course of 2017. The Supreme and Fucking Awesome rider combines an unnatural amount of pop with a New York trained willingness to hit weathered spots and a good grasp of the ‘Mike Wright’ – regaining balance upon landing a trick by going stork and waving one leg in the air for a second before recovering, as ably demonstrated in Baghead Flats.

Yorkshire based reminiscing aside, this shows just how good Tyshawn has got and Strobeck’s blurb – “SOTY 2017 off instagram clips?” – could well become a reality in the next few years if this is the level of skateboarding people are consigning to the internet junkyard!
