Pro-Tec release a customised and certified Full Cut skate helmet with Gonz

You can thank Mark Gonzales for the vast majority of the lexicon of modern skateboarding as you know it today. Whilst other people may have invented the tricks themselves, it was Gonz, (along with the likes of Natas Kaupas, Tommy Guerrero et al), who showed the world how to use these new trick ideas.
As such his influence is unparalleled, both on and off the board with a global reputation as a prolific artist to match that of his skateboarding output.

As a skate legend rapidly approaching his 50’s it seems fitting that Mark Gonzales should be the inspiration behind the latest release from OG skateboard safety gear brand Pro-Tec, in the form of this new customised iteration of their classic Full Cut skate helmet.

Long associated with this particular helmet through the many iconic photos shot with Gonz wearing it, the Full Cut is the original 1970’s helmet silhouette and has been a mainstay of skate culture since its first release.
