Here’s what the fellows in the design department had to say about Sam’s design:

“Well, we chose it because it resembles something our own art department would have created, I think. It is a very Volcom-esque design incorporating a monument we have never included in a graphic or a theme, Stonehenge. The rest were good but sort of all over the road. Some were funny, some were childish, some looked like they came from prison, but this was by far the most professional and ‘finished’ art piece in the bunch.”
