Rollersnakes break down Steve Caballero’s Half Cab Pro over on their YouTube channel this week.

The Half Cab was Steve Caballero’s second pro shoe offering, Cab noticed that a new generation of street skaters we’re cutting down his first hi-top model ‘The Caballero’ into a mid-top, closing them up with stickers or duct tape to make sure the foam didn’t fall out.

Inspired by this Vans produced ‘The Half Cab’ which they aptly named after the skateboard trick and the fact that they would be cutting the original Caballero model in half.

The Half Cab Pro is Cab’s signature style upgraded, featuring Vans Ultracush HD sock liners and reinforced Duracap underlays.

The pro is a modern day footwear staple.
