Following on from her time working for SkatePAL in Palestine, Paula Viidu has put together a rad article for Girls are Awesome summarising some thoughts from her time there. The role of skateboarding as an empowering activity for young people, for females and as a tool to address gender disparities paint a solid picture of just what good work the charity are doing out there.
