OJ Wheels – Cruisin’ Brooklyn with John Gardner

John Gardner hits the streets of the Big Apple

OJ Wheels goes Cruisin’ Brooklyn with John Gardner in their latest clip, which sees the Creature and DC flute playing ATV hitting the streets around his house to see what he can dig up. Gardner’s elegant but gnarly style is ideally suited to this kind of session and he floats around the Big Apple in a manner which will have you wanting to hit the streets immediately.

If you’re familiar with John Gardner’s unique style then you’ll know that this is mellow compared to his part in Creature Skateboards’ imaginatively titled The Creature Videoor more recently in DC Shoes’ Street Sweeper promo, but sometimes it’s just as serotonin inducing to watch someone with an unmistakable style doing nothing more than enjoying being on a board.

Of course, we highly recommend that you follow those two hyperlinks and enjoy said parts as well, but in the meantime then you could do a lot worse than letting OJ and Gardner help cushion the blow of those Monday morning blues with skitching early grabs, hippy jumps, traffic dodging and broken hydrants for that classic New York City vibe.

“John Gardner dips out the back window and onto the streets of Brooklyn for the latest cruisin’ piece. You’re gonna be hyped on this one. Crust lines for days…”

While we’re on a John Gardner hype – and as we didn’t get round to posting it the first time around – here’s his last Cruisin’ OJ’s edit, which sees him venturing across a wider swathe of the city;

In fact, why not treat yourself to even more? It’s what I’m doing with my morning. Here’s John in US East Coast scene video Bruns, the Kevin Winters production which was for many of us outside of that part of the world the first introduction we’d had to this flute playing vegan lunatic. Enjoy!
