Knucks to the Quartersnacks website for the heads up on this completely unexpected mini part from Danny Brady that appeared on Daniel Wheatley’s Vimeo account last night.
Whilst we’re not entirely sure where the connection between Blackpool’s own Palace Skateboards professional and Los Angeles based skater-owned-skatestore Lotties Skate Shop came from, a cursory look around the Lotties site and their connected Social Media tentacles ought to convince you that they’re as legit as it comes.
In fact – go and have a look for yourselves since you’re about to enjoy the fruit of their labours – Lotties Skateshop.
Lotties x Burning Man from Daniel Wheatley on Vimeo.
Whilst the section above is only one minute and 48 seconds in length, it is, as always with Brady, quality over quantity, and with Lakai and Crailtap lensman Daniel Wheatley behind the camera – it’s a rare treat for fans of Palace and Lakai.
With a guest trick from Lotties rider Dane Barker and banjo musical accompaniment from Lotties owner – this is well worth a couple of minutes of your aimless phone-staring.
Interestingly, there are a lot of spots unfamiliar to us in this one as well which, given how rinsed Los Angeles is, either serves as proof of how unimaginably sprawling that city is, or just goes to prove that the majority of LA footage that you see elsewhere is lazily filmed within a mile radius of Supreme. Either way – this was an unexpected treat.
