For the past year and a half, our very own webmaster – the always skating, always down right amped Jono Coote – has been working on his independent Heineken fuelled scene video ‘Corner Store’. Filmed throughout his never ending travels, the video is finally finished and features the likes of Brighton’s Stevie Thompson, Sam Roberts, Jono Coote himself, the impossible to predict Jordan Thackeray, Filippo Baronello, Steven Fox aka Sox, Evan Binge, Taylor Jones and many more.

The premiere of ‘Corner Store’ took place at House of Vans last Friday evening and the DVDs are due to land in today, so Jono has given us the exclusive release of Jordan ‘J-Thaxxx’ Thackeray’s ballistic section to help get your eyes in the mood for the full thing. As ever, the four and a half minute section is filled to the brim with the full speed and spontaneous transition focused skateboarding that Jordan is known for, filmed at crusty concrete parks and DIY spots across the south of England, with some certified CPH gold thrown in for good measure. Keep an eye out for cameos from the likes of Toby Gozzett, Mark Munson and Jack Kenward too.
