Please click the image to be taken through and help out with a good cause, gaining karma in the process which means you probably won’t even take a slam next time you try to back lip the local Budgens three set handrail, and check the press release below that for more details!
Dear Skateistan Supporter,
Skateistan’s new Skate School in Johannesburg is currently under construction and we need your help now to complete it.
Paul McCarthy and The Skateroom have contributed an incredible $300,000, but we need to raise the last $50,000 in just four weeks to complete the build!
The state of the art facility will feature a 500 square meter skatepark and three stories of classrooms and offices.
We will run our award-winning skateboarding and education programs from this new Skate School, which will be the only one of its kind in Central Johannesburg and a hub for Skateistan South Africa.
Thanks to our construction donors, the build is progressing rapidly, but there’s still work to be done.
With your support, we can complete the new Skate School and provide a safe space for kids in Johannesburg to learn and play together.
Please share our Crowdrise Fundraiser page with your friends and family, and donate today to help us reach more at-risk youth in South Africa.
