Despite the weather turning against us, the Vans and Independent ‘Go Skateboarding Day’ in Manchester turned out to be an enjoyable day. The street skating aspect was obviously dropped, but the two skatepark sessions, one at the start of the day at Projekts and the evening jam at Central, still went ahead as planned.
