Jake’s Crates 12 – Jamie Bolland in Glasgow (2002)

Sometimes it takes a good few years, or a re-visit from other skateboarding notables for everyone to realise just how good a trick actually was. This is most definitely the case here with the fortuitous release of New Balance Numeric’s ‘Quids In’ tour flick coinciding nicely with today’s episode of Jake’s Crates.
Jamie Bolland is a truly unsung skateboard warrior known only to a few who are old enough to remember a time before the deluge of Social Media made it impossible to miss notable tricks done in the UK.

Here’s Jamie tackling some classic Glasgow architecture back in 2002, architecture recently re-visited and handled again by the NB crew.
