Giving insight into the early 90s skate scene, and featuring unseen footage of British legends including Tom Penny and Chris Pullman, as well as lesser seen footage of Pritchard in his prime, “Thugs” should be a mandatory purchase when it’s finally re-released on DVD early next year.
