Unless you’ve been living under a very comfortable rock since the tail end of last year, you should all know by now that “Make Friends With The Colour Blue”, Blueprints heavily anticipated follow up to 2005s “Lost and Found”, is premiering tonight at the Prince Charles Cinema in Leicester Square, London.
With all new footage from Mark Baines, Nick Jensen, Neil Smith, Chewy Cannon, Danny Brady, Paul Shier, Colin Kennedy, Marty Murawski, Tuukka Korhonen, Sylvain Tognelli, Kevin Coakley, Jerome Campbell and David Mackey, the hype for this release has been rising steadily over the past couple of years, with a series of offcuts, trailers and general internet hype popping up literally all over the place. If you can’t make it to the premiere tonight, the entire team are setting off out around the UK as of Tuesday, putting on demos, shop appearances and showing off the new film to the general public – click here for all dates and info. The DVD is also set to hit your local skateshop on April 26th, so make sure you’ve got your copy reserved!
To celebrate the release of “Make Friends With The Colour Blue”, we’ve got together with the folks at Blueprint to bring you a solid month of special Blueprint themed Sunday Services, and towards the end of April, we’ll also be giving you the chance to get your mitts on some special Blueprint gear. More info on that to follow, so sign up to our weekly newsletter then keep an eye on your inbox…
Kicking things off today we’ve got a lesser seen edit of post “Lost and Found” footage from Nick Jensen, Neil Smith and Scott Palmer from the 2008 Carhartt promo DVD “Spektra”, most of which was filmed on the 2005 Carhartt trip to Bulgaria. Get stuck in below, and check back next Sunday for more classic Blueprint footage from the archives…
