State Footwear’s first video broadcast ‘Free’ is a refreshingly raw dose of street skating from their fledgling team – spots kept consistently at ‘badgers arse’ levels of skin grater, skaters who can handle them, filming and editing courtesy of the almighty Colin Read and a soundtrack which includes the brilliantly caustic Vietnam blues song ‘Napalm Sticks to Kids’.
This is the first of three promos the company are planning on dropping over 2017 so keep an eye out for more, and in the meantime enjoy nine minutes of pure skate stokeage with Ben Gore, Jordan Sanchez, Kevin Coakley, Jon Nguyen and Christian Maalouf.
