The annual weekend of Scottish skatepark savagery that’s officially known as War of the Thistles is returning at the end of the month, taking over the weekend of May 27th and 28th, so make sure you’ve got those days clear in your diary and start making travel arrangements now!

Switching things up for 2012, the event will be starting north in Aberdeen at Transition Extreme on the Saturday, before heading south on the Sunday to Transgression Skatepark in Edinburgh.

As ever, there will be the usual array of sponsored and unsponsored jams at both parks, with cash and product up for grabs for the daftest shit landed.
