Now in its fifth year, Etnies ‘War of the Roses’ returns to Leeds and Blackpool over the weekend of February 20th/21st, for what is expected to be the most lively/chaotic/entertaining year yet!

Dubbed “The Battle For Europe”, this years weekend of pure skateboard carnage sees Etnies throwing their European team firmly into the ring, getting stuck in on both days alongside local heavy hitters from Yorkshire and Lancashire, the traditional busloads of enthusiastic Scots, and a turnout of heads from all over the country.

As with last year, the Saturday will be held at The Works, Leeds, with the event rolling into Ramp City, Blackpool, on the Sunday. Entry per day will set you back £10, with the usual array of sponsored and unsponsored ‘Best Trick’ comps. Rumours of new obstacles and booze induced mischief are also doing the rounds…

This is one weekend you are not going to want to miss – make sure you clearly get this one marked out in your diary now!
