Nike SB present the 2016 NIKE SB EUROPEAN SERIES, four stops across Europe giving skaters a platform to compete in the most vibrant cities on the continent.
For the third edition of the Nike SB European Series, Barcelona, London and Berlin are joined this year by a Paris event delivering further opportunities for skaters to show and prove and for spectators to see some of the finest skateboarding at progressive parks in amazing locations.
The Series kicks off in May in Barcelona ‘the proving ground for AMs’ at the Skate Agora park in Badalona, where for the second year it shares a stage with the Street League Skateboarding for the SLS Pro Open.
The second stop, in June, lands in London, the home of some of the rawest skating in Europe, for the London AM at BaySixty6.
Crossing the channel the third and newest stop, the Paris AM, mixes authentic street with contemporary features at legendary street spot Le Dome, at the Palais de Tokyo.
The final event of the series, in July, is once again the Berlin Open, hosted at the SB Shelter skatepark, an all-concrete facility that challenges Ams & Pros from around the globe.
With a total prize purse of €50,000 the 2016 NIKE SB EUROPEAN SERIES challenges amateur and professional skaters in parks designed to progress skateboarding at all levels of ability.
