Welcome to the new look Sidewalk website!!!

Well this one has been in the pipeline for a little while now, but we can finally present to the world the all new Sidewalk website!

You’ve probably noticed already that the homepage is now displayed completely different – we’ve sacked off the all encompassing blog feed in favour of splitting all of the content up into specific areas, so you can now easily access the latest news posts, newest videos, magazine info, recent gallery updates and all the rest without having to leave the homepage.

Over the coming weeks and months you’ll be finding more frequent quality photography updates as we’ve been blessed by the Tech Gods with an all new gallery that’s easy to navigate and now features a ‘full screen’ option, so you can browse the soon to be vast collection of stills from Sidewalk staff and contributing photographers in a larger format on your computer/laptop/phone/etc.

Whilst we’re talking photos, you might want to keep an eye on the brand new “Wallpapers” section too, as we’ll be bringing you fresh eye fodder for your desktop background on a weekly basis. To kick things off we’ve got two offerings featuring current cover boy Ewen Bower getting high in a mythical eggpipe, and a classic shot from the one and only Chewy Cannon as he blasts past the Berlin Wall.

The video player has also had a complete overhaul recently and now not only looks completely different, it loads ridiculously quick and boasts new slow-mo, three second rewind and screengrab buttons. You can also share your favourite videos via Facebook and Twitter directly from the player.

What else? If you take a look at the website on your mobile phone or tablet, the site should now be much easier for you to navigate around, so you should be able to keep up to date with all the latest goings on whilst you’re out and about in the outside world.

So that’s pretty much it. Have a look around and let us know what you think – be it good or bad – in the comments section below. We appreciate all your feedback so don’t be afraid to speak up.
