On Friday evening it was announced to the world that, following two decades of service to the skateboarding world, Denis Lynn is now pro for The National Skateboard Co.

Emerging in the late 90s in Belfast alongside brother Conhuir, Denis scored photos in Sidewalk, Document and Kingpin before the millenium struck, holding down full sections in the Hippy produce 'Six Counties' video (2002), as well as the Point Seven 5ive video (2001) by Pete Adam. After Conhuir ventured into Europe then over to America, Denis seemingly dropped off the skateboarding radar to focus on hurling and Gaelic football, before returning to the Belfast scene in the late 2000's with a section on 'Not The New MonkeyBird Video', along with a long overdue First Light in Sidewalk. From then, he's been an ever-present entity in European skateboarding, backing up Conhuir in his 'In Progress' section, appearing on various Vans 'Big Push' edits before hammering out his own full sections for 'Albion' and The National Skateboard Co's first full length video, which is waiting for you below. Over the years he has smashed it (and himself...) at most events he has visited, scored a Haunts interview in Sidewalk and a cover back in 2011, and has had various photos in Kingpin, Grey and Free.

Anyway, the new promo from The National Skateboard Co will be dropping online next week along with a pairing of Denis' debut pro boards, but until then, get involved with a whole load of Denis Lynn footage below, and keep watching for a section from Tom Tanner too...
