Dan Drehobl Re-Up: Lines
Hopefully last week's Footage Feast kept you out and charging through a surprisingly dry and warm February weekend, so now that the week is in full swing why not have some more hype for the post-work roll about. From the vert ramp to the streets, here are ten banging lines from Dan Drehobl to help you power through until Friday...

China Banks. Think - Damage (1996)
Drehobl could have probably filmed an entire section at the China Banks - this is one of the earlier clips filmed there and gives a sense of the ease with which he handles its clearly kinked, awkward transitions.
Padless vert. Think - Dedication (1998)
An early exponent of the padless vert session which is becoming a more common sight these days, here we see Dan boosting frontside and backside airs before a saran wrap with no thought given to knee slides.
Spine line. Think - Dedication (1998)
Symmetrical gnarliness in the form of a miller flip then elguerial over a skatepark spine.
50-50, frontside invert. Transworld - Free Your Mind (2003)
A 50-50 pop in on a teetering barrier extension is followed by a nonchalant frontside invert, steez!
Backyard bowl line. Thrasher - Beer Helmet (2005)
This line sits right in the middle of what was clearly a heavy session at a rad looking backyard bowl, a board to the face is no reason to slow down...
Padless 'crete. Thrasher - Beer Helmet (2005)
Three tricks in a gnarly concrete pit, all solidly stomped and sans pads.
Crusty backyard bowl. Thrasher - Beer Helmet (2005)
Another backyard build gets a seeing too with a frontside air into the corner, a solidly floated frontside ollie and a blunt fakie, snaps...
3rd and Army. Vox - Black & Blue Vol. 4
Home territory doesn't detract from how hard this line seems; tailslide then feeble grind fakie, hitting Third and Army's more awkward corners.
Indoor bowl. Skateboarder Mag section (2013)
Another incredible looking bowl - this one wooden and indoors - gets hit hard, with this line being a high point.
Backyard pool. Skateboarder Mag section (2013)
Front smith, frontside invert, madonna tail...three of the nicest shapes you can make in a backyard pool I reckon and a good way to bring this article to an end. Listen to that truck crunching along coping then get on Google Earth and start scoping out nearby gardens...
