Baghead Crew presents a full section from Joe Fleming, who moved over from Australia to the Midlands a year or two back and has been on a transition killing spree ever since. Skating to the dulcet tones of Nick Blinko, Joe hits up everything from wobbly fullpipes to street quarterpipes and violently kinked brick banks, smashing all in his path with equal steez and a deep bag of tricks to draw from.
Cameos from Baghead mastermind Forde Brookfield, Jazz Wade, Moggins and more back up Joe's skating and this one is bound to get you stoked to go out and hit some rugged transitions hard (if it's not currently not raining, which if you're in the UK it probably is). Press play below and scroll down further from some words on Joe from Forde Brookfield.
“I’ve only known Joe for around a year and it seemed like he’d just popped up from nowhere. I eventually asked him where he was from during one session in Bedworth (somewhere between Leicester and Coventry) and he told me about the large portion of his life he’d spent growing up on Australia; which seemed to make sense ‘cause there’s no way someone shreds that fucking good and stays hidden in a tiny town in the Midlands without people knowing or at least hearing about them.
Anyway, I’d say with 100% confidence that Fleming is one of the most natural guys I’ve ever met. A standard session with Fleming isn’t “standard" in any sense at all due to the fact that this part was probably filmed within five to seven sessions during 2017.
I hope you find the part rad. Fleming goes full power every time he skates and this part doesn’t do him the justice he deserves. We’re working on a part for BAGHEAD3 if you don’t mind waiting a while to see him go 100% beast mode - if you can’t wait for that, skate with him in person and you’ll know exactly what I’m talking about.
