Sunday Service: Ben Grove – Pusherman (2011)

Oasis, Ben Grove and Manchester rawness - Sean Lomax knows how to end a video.

Back in 2011, the ever prolific Sean ‘Nano’ Lomax unleashed his VX heavy Manchester scene offering ‘Pusherman’ on the waiting world. The long awaited DVD included no shortage of fresh footage from a large cross section of heads from the North West, including (but not limited to) Joe Gavin, Tony Da Silva, Nick Stansfield, Tyrone O’Hanrahan, Jethro Coldwell, Dom Henry and John Bell, with Ben Grove being the obvious choice to shut the proceedings down.

For the first time, Grove finally had his Oasis wishes met with a green light, meaning that Pusherman was treated to one of the most decidedly Manchester send offs ever known to the skateboarding world.
