Lost Art’s *Useless Wooden Toys Society presents Sidewalk ‘In Motion’ FULL VIDEO

The Croc fam at the mighty Lost Art, Liverpool have taken it upon themselves to drop this slightly delayed Easter Egg of epic proportions.
Read what they have to say then sit back and watch a UK banger that’s languished in VHS purgatory for years…until now

So with the start of a new chapter recapping and reminiscing on the ‘good old days’ of skateboarding The *Useless Wooden Toys Society are pleased to present to you part one of the minutes from the first night of many watching auto tracking delights from a little further back than yesteryear.

Originally released in 2003 following around a year and a half of filming with Neil Chester doing the lion’s share of footage gathering and all of the editing, (with Ben Powell, Kevin Parrott and various others contributing footage) ‘In Motion’ was the first full-length video tentacle of Sidewalk magazine.

Full parts (in running order) went to Ben Grove, Paul Silvester and Franklin Stephens, with Benny Fairfax taking the curtains. In amongst these four parts were a bunch of montages containing everyone from John Cardiel to Scott Palmer and virtually anyone who was a ‘face’ in the UK skate scene at the time.

In Motion has never been online in its entirety before but us crocs don’t take any shit and have took it upon ourselves to give you a little insight into the (not so) recent past.

Sit back, enjoy and bear witness to how fucking gnarly the level of skateboarding in this country was over a decade ago…
