Best breakfast spot: Any Spar/Centra for a chicken fillet roll.
Best form of transportation: Car. Dublin bus is shit and the luas is also useless.
Best skate shop: G1, been around for 14 years.
Best record shop: Dunno man I never buy anything from them.
Best band: The Hot Sprockets. Joey Lynch is in them.
Best album: Any Westlife album.
Best local video: “Dirty Dublin”
Best video section: Finn and Friends from Dirty Dublin, all the hammers!
Best local – back in the day: Steve Kelly or Joey Lynch, both were amazing!
Best local – present: Paddy Clear – kills it everytime I’m skating with him.
Best skate spot – back in the day: Portobello, before it got capped twice and all the ledges fell apart.
Best skate spot – present: Portobello, once you go there you can’t leave.
Best undercover spot: Sandyford O’Briens, total bust though.
Best skatepark – back in the day: Ramp’n’Rail. R.I.P.
Best skatepark – present: Either Clongriffen skatepark or Bushy. Although no one likes bushy other than me.
Best bar: The Bernard Shaw, cheap and close to Portobello.
Best nightclub: Twisted Pepper when Dirtbox is on.
Best restaurant: Buffalo 19.
Best local slang phrase: Chick Fill front Aprile.
Best point of local interest/tourist must see: The Spire. It’s a really big lamppost in the middle of the street.
Best local celebrity: Fof King, the real king of Dublin.
Best thing about living in Dublin: The weather is amazing, at least one rainy day a week. Nah, it’s good these days cause we finally got a load of skateparks and indoor ones built. Nob lives there too.
